Here are some photos of the completed rifle, I know they aren't that great since they were taken with my phone. This is my first build and my first rifle ever.
Magpul MOE foliage green stock (pinned for mass legality via my own custom pin replacement to disable the actual lever that adjust the stock. There was no drilling/defacing the stock involved.), grip, rear sight (moved to correct location after photos were taken), BCM 14.5" barrel with mid length gas upper receiver group with PWS FSC556 Tactical compensator permanently installed by BCM, Ground down bayonet lug, BCM bolt carrier group, BCM gunfighter charging handle mod 4 (medium), Daniel Defense omega 9" handguard. Stag lower, Palmetto State Armory LPK, magpul MS2 sling, Magpul ASAP receiver end plate. Bought it stripped.
My girlfriend painted in the engravings. 5.56x45mm CMMG mid-length piston upper: 14.5" barrel with perm. flash hider, 1/7 twist, chrome lined, recessed target crown, 4150 steel, full auto carrier, M4 feed ramps. Spikes Zombie lower: Spikes lower parts kit, mil-spec CTR collapsible stock. Optics and railed hand guard will be the next additions. The CMMG upper is absolutely beautiful and they had it built to my specs in just about a week. Fantastic service! I highly recommend one! 
The Live, Dead, and Undead markings are on both sides. 
Custom ejection port cover.

The iron sights work well for now. I initially wanted to build a budget rifle, and well, that got thrown out the window.  I love this gun, can't wait to build another. Finally! Here is my very first AR build.
BCM 16" heavy barrel Midlength upper BCM full auto BCG BCM charging handle Magpul MOE handguards Magpul MIAD grip Magpul MOE vertical grip(not pictured...not sure if I like it  )
Spikes Tactical lower Spikes Tactical lower parts kit MilSpec buffer tube with 6 positions...but I couldn't get an MOE stock in black in time so I threw an A2 stock on it that my step brother had laying around on. Still need a rear iron and I want an optic. Probably go with an MBUS for weight and it's cheaper, then I am going to look into an optic. Then it's lots of mags and ammo! Got the upper all together yesterday...then had to wait for the upper that came in today! 
And the fun begins

My first build.
RRA lower DPMS lower parts A2 buffer Walnut stock and pistol grip Nikon Prostaff 3x9-50 scope Harris Bipod BCM large latch charging handle (not in picture) A lot of pmags, just in case Off brand complete upper kit A3 upper 16" stainless bull barrel ugly quad rail gas block FF handguard carbine length gas sytem plain old black BCG I've put about 500 through it so far, and it's shooting great, so I'm happy. I'm wanting to drop in a single stage JP trigger and the 15.5" JP handguard, but my C&R just came in, so that'll have to wait. Also, I'm sitting on a Mega lower, and I'm not sure what I'm doing with it.

Quick update on mine that I just posted on the last page.
Again it's a BCM complete mid length upper with their CH and BCG Spikes lower with Spikes parts kit Magpul foregrip, MIAD grip and vertical grip Added today, Magpul MBUS Magpul ASAP sling mount Magpul MOE stock How it was when I put it all together last week.

An update to mine: Del-Ton A2 upper, Stag lower, TapCo fore-grip, and NCSTAR Quad-Rail hand guard.
not even close to being done, but I don't mind slow and steady (at least not on my budget  )

I my rifle started out as a RRA A2. I soild the upper to fund a new build. The upper is a 20" flat top. The rifling is poly 3 (3lands and grooves) The group 5 shot was at a 100yrd with Wolf 75steel case. I will see if there is a differents between a poly3 and a 6 lands and groove in FPS. I will post my finding soon.
