If you mean different than Colt 10.3, the profiles are the same (government profile 10.3)

The gas port diameter in the commercial DD 10.3 is the main difference other than laser engraving etc etc

Get one from primary arms. They are running 30% off all Geissle. It's cheaper unless you want the swag pack from the direct order or get stuck with tax from PA.

SSA - $154

Anyone run Federal Fusion MSR in their CQBR?  If so, how does it run?  PSA has it for 50cpr and I was thinking to buy a couple hundred rounds, unless there is something better in that price range.

Going to touch a bit on a bit on the Mk18 Mod 1 and M4A1 URG/CQBR.  SOCOM is now serial numbering the upper with its own serial number.  This is to prevent uppers from walking out the door.  They are now on the books.  I mentioned this a week or two ago as far as it is marked on the property books.  Teams still have the 14.5" upper.  I know you cloners are doing the UIC stickers but haven't seen anyone doing the left upper yet (not numbered on right).

Here's a Army M4A1 URG on a M4A1 lower.

Seen on a Navy Mk18 Mod 1 in two different locations and styles (below EoTech)

Possibly another style:

I hope no one got hosed over this one going out the door.

I had my suspicions that it designated a replacement upper receiver assembly (the IUID scans as "barrel") - originally assembled it as a 14.5" URG, but have since pulled it apart - the obvious choice being to eventually assemble it with a 10.3" barrel... makes me wonder whether or not I'm obligated at that point to get an FH556-RC.

Primary Arms had Geissele triggers onsale for 30% off.  Ended up being cheaper getting them from Primary Arms than it would have been from Geissele since they were only 25% off...

Thanks CD.

Mailed my 80% out to US Anodizers, so hopefully it's not gone too long. I want to put an LPK in it and use it on a 16" upper while the stamp is pending. My goal is to have an identical CQBR for the NT4 as the one with the SF can.

Ill ask this question in here since a lot of you have the CQD® Rear Sling Mount.  I noticed that on one of mine that im building with this mount, the extension tube was tilted up 3/32 of an inch.
So I took my caliper to measure  the other four I have and the bottom of the CQD it is thicker than the top.  So this is the cause of it.

So how much is tolerable of a tilt on the extension tube, and will there be any foreseeable wear problems.   I have a very nice case of OCD and I was about to unsteak the nut and pull it off and take the dermal to the bottom of the CQD where the nut pushes up to it and groove it out.

Sorry for the interruption.

So I'm sure I am understanding-

Your receiver extension is tilted noticeably?

That shouldn't happen unless the extension was cross-threaded in the lower...
