That definitely looks engraved after the receiver was possibly repainted or refinished. You can see the chatter marks on the straight line from the end mill.

I actually owned a rotational mount WMX200 for a while. This is different than the standard rotational mount version though. Standard rotational mount: 
What appears to be a "clamp" version of their rotational mount: 
Notice the three little screws that appear to "clamp" the light in the mount? It's definitely not the same as the original rotational mount version, as it appears the mount is not integral to the light. |
