Yep. And no modification to attach a mounting plate/counter weight/light source, etc.

This. Already drilled for mounts and errthing. I removed the innermost pads and used some of my old TW pads from my old ACH

Of course I'm thinking option 1 myself. But it would match my RAS nicely as-is.

Looks legit. Mask lenses and just "light swipe" here and there. Not a full coat.

If you crack the whisky and lightly paint yours, I'll do the same and paint my Gen 1 stock.

The TW ZAP pads are where it's at. I hate the stock pads personally. Gave mine away

That ain't a bad idea bro. I usually lay on a thick ass double coat. But I like your light swipe idea way more. That's what ima do. This ain't shipping to me until Monday though.

Meh, maybe. The PT Bravo is about the only one I'd be willing to pay for. Most of the bump helmets (Like a lot of night vision gear) are too expensive for what you get.

Yes!!! Spray paint entire optic.  Probably just tape up lenses and rubber switches.

Ain't that the truth. Some of the higher end bumps are almost as much as the ballistic versions. PT B would be a good choice though.

Came out with my horse mask on.

Got an ovation.

Keep an eye out in the EE.  I picked up an Ops Core Bump with a First Spear cover for around $190.  It may seem like a lot for a non-ballistic helmet, but I didn't have to worry about buying a shroud and the ARC rails make it easy as shit to mount an external IR/White light source.  Not to mention the suspension system which makes wearing OTH ear-pro with the helmet comfy as fuck too.

Start with the stock and continue to take shots. Wake up in the A.M. feelin' like shizznit, until you walk in the garage and see everything gun related that you own has been Rattle canned in your drunken blackout.

Haha saw that, huh? Yeh, factory glock sights come off as soon as the gun gets home. Have the standard 3 dot green Trijicon's on my 20, 27, 30, and Ameriglow i-dots with red HD front on my new 19. My eyes just can't get use to the i-dot. They are coming off soon if I don't sell it.

14.5 paint will most likely happen este noche

Nice plan, but I usually sip instead of shoot. Paint is great for the soul. That's why I painted my old Glock 30 right after I saw Augee's painted 226/Mk25 some years back.

We'll see how frisky the paint gods are feeling tonight.

Yeh. For a x 2,  My KAC RAS manufacture date is also the same as my birth date. Creepy.

I'll delete these for CQBR pics in a min, but here's my old 125 and 250. Sorry they're so small. I had to screen shot to get them from photobucket to flickr lol

Four strokes ruined motocross for me. Its just not the same without the smell of premix and hearing RINGDINGDINGDINGDING.

Once the 125 and 250 class turned into lites and 450 class, I kind of lost interest for some reason. I just do not fucking like 4 strokes. I don't like the power delivery, powerband, sound, smell, nothing.

That sux for you, if you can get over the nostalgic feelings, you'd probably still have fun.. The American Powersports industry as a whole went 4 stroke. Same with Moto GP. There's some fast fucking bikes out there...

If I was to start racing again I'd have to end up with a 450. If I get another bike just to hit the track, I'll get another 250 2 stroke. The last 450 I rode was a 2011 YZ450F, hated it.

Do mine still count after selling sights, night vision, and my peq? I'm sporting troys, and a T1 on one clone, and a PRO on the other.

Count for the challenge or count as a clone?

T1 is a pass. We've only seen I believe 1 block II with troy sights, I haven't seen any Pro's in use tho.

I say the rifle with a T1 is still a clone, but you know how this place is. Them troy sights may cause an uproar.

Nice kit dude! I'm really liking both of those setups. All you need is a Pelican case to complete it.

Then you'll want to epoxy the edges so they don't fray.  I used marine-tex.  My neighbor thought I was using Nutella when she saw me doing it on the deck this morning.

Zakk--thanks.

Helmet was free, so I figured WTF why not.  Wouldn't be any worse off than before it was bequeathed unto me.

I posted pictures of my nearly-finished NV helmet in their thread.  But since people use NV with their builds.....fuck it.  It's fairly relevant.  And drama-free photos.
