This is a parts gun I put together and ended up having it professionally coated with FDE Cerakote. Impressive finish, extremely durable. Truck gun now.

It is to keep the trigger and hammer pins from working themselves out of position during use.

Magpul furniture (and most, if not all of the other plastic furniture out there) is actually that color. It can't be worn down –– the plastic is FDE through and through.

Well here is mine! I just put it back together it is a RRA lower, upper,LPK, ACE short stock, YHM light weight frefloat quad rail, with a tango down VFG and rail panels, a Magpull MIAD grip, Bushnell / Eo tech holosight, ARMS flip up rear sight, and a Troy Claymore muzzle brake.
Oh yea and a Sig 226 with factory digital FDE camo grips.

Where did you get cases like these and how do you cut them out? I have a home made foab case and I tried cutting out the slots for my pistol
and I used a knife but my cuts are so jagged how do you get them so clean?

then a day after I painted, other goodies showed up in the brown truck.

Krylon OD matte green and then I dusted the rifle with the brown.

Give it a nice dirty look, blends in well to the middle TN countryside.
