I’m looking at picking one up and wondering what height mount is going to work?  Not looking for anything overly tall…..any decent brand will do.  Thanks.   44mm objective lens.  AR platform.

I had a first gen strike eagle 3-18 on one of my ar's.   I had it in a warne xskel mount.   I believe the mount was the standard height.   1.54 i believe is what it was, coulde be wrong but it worked fine.   I sold that scope as i wasnt impressed with the glass quality on it.

I have one on a Warne 1.5” QD mount. No issues.

Standard 1.4"ish height will be plenty.  Some like taller mounts just to get the head up some for observation and speed, but if you shoot prone a lot a lower mount tends to be better.

Running mine in a 1.5” ADM Delta. Works pretty well.
