Money saving tip if you use Target Sports or other online sports retailers that also sell ammo, get a US Bank, Cash+ credit card (no monthly fees).
The card lets you pick a 2% and 2 5% cash back categories a quarter that you get 5% cash back on up to $2000 in purchases for that quarter. One 5% cash back category is for sporting goods and I finally got around to joining prime for the HST sale and have verified that Target Sports counts, if you were to max it out every quarter that is a free $400 a year. I have had this work with other retailers like Cabelas or Bass Pro as well, but they categorize most straight up firearm/ammo sales places (PSA, AIM, etc...) as something different so it doesn't work. |
