I see someone else had the same idea with the SMR rail... Did you make any modifications / considerations for the spring cup on the barrel nut? Several mods were required. The pics are of a functioning prototype that will very quickly turn into guns ready to ship. The whole project is based off the light weight M6-SL with the goal of having a 6lb LWRC with usable rail space. |

From how you described it I am assuming this is a "for sale" modification/complete rifle/upper and not something that will be shared? |

I'm kind of hoping that the SBR REPR (and the 18", for that matter) are just temporarily unavailable due to the backlog, and will come back, but who knows? |

The light box never does the colors justice. Its a good looking gun in person. The lighting gives it a purplish hue in some of the shots. |

The lighting gives it a purplish hue in some of the shots. I figured the purplish tones were from the gray reflecting its surroundings. Like I said, just a few shades lighter than my Sniper Gray Mjolnir, it appears. ETA: Actually, on my monitor, it looks more bluish gray, slightly metallic. I kind of dig it. |

Finally done with my setup:
LWRC REPR with a Geissle Trigger (SSA-E), Harris Bipod with a Larue mount, Battlecomp BABC and a Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44mm. http://i40.tinypic.com/2prtw8x.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/2rfvxoz.jpg |

When did you place your order with NWT? Trying to figure out when I might have mine. Placed mine on 1/18 ETA: I did some looking into things, and here's what I found. On the evening of the 16th, I was working evening shift, and emailed NWT about getting on the preorder/deposit list. I got an email back that night, still at work, and was told the deposits were live on the NWT site. According to the order confirmation email I got, I placed my preorder/deposit at "placed on January 17, 2013 12:44:36 AM EST", so about quarter to ten PM, local time here in Vegas, the evening of the 16th. |

Mmmmm...Strongly thinking about shipping my Six8 off to Modern Outfitters for their MWCODUW Gray.

Thanks. Sounds like mine should be in the next shipment. Placed it early on the 18th. Looking forward to getting it. Starting to cool off, and I'm looking forward to going to NC to get some hogs with it. |
