Hey folks,
Anybody know what kind of material the VZ58 bolt carrier is made of? Welder is redoing the tab on mine, but wants to know the type of metal so he can use the correct welding method. Thanks! |

The VZ forum doesnt get a lot of traffic, so you may have to post this in the build it yourself forum. I wish I could help you but I have no idea on the material. Maybe contact cz-usa or bonesteel arms (I think obi wan (user name), the owner may still post here. I know he is active on theakfiles) and ask them? I think I recall a lot of Canadians having problems with the "gremlin" some years ago, so maybe try the canadian gun nutz forum???
