Finally was able to source a barrel from Green Mountain. I have a nice kit I picked up from IvanDrago almost 2 years ago. The person I have near me has assembled several AK47/AKM/AK76 rifles for me before and does a great job, but he has not put one of these together before. I have the Forster head space gauges. One thing it looks like I'm missing in the kit is the bullet ramp(?). Is this essential on an M76 build, or is there a work around. Thanks.

It's pretty essential. On top of that, the one for the M76 is unique to that model of rifle.
