I'm looking for reliable, good quality mags that don't break the bank so I can buy a bunch for my 7.62x39 Arsenals. What kind and where do you suggest I look? Thanks.

The Gunmag Warehouse Bulgarian steel mags are good to go. The bodies are identical to com-bloc surplus in weight and quality. The followers and retainer are polymer but that is a non-issue. I'd take them over beat up surplus any day.

I didnt have good luck with the Croatian mags |

Croatian mags sucks, I’d buy these. BFPU condition but they’ll run like a top

Daily searches will keep you on track until you have what you want.
Go for VG, excellent or new surplus mags. The challenge seems to be following the inventory changes, or listings of more than a few of the usual sites that usually take care of us. Unfortunately, a search will often take you to an out-of-stock listing. If you prefer poor, or fair to good condition, those are other options. |
