Okay, I made a mistake. I left my AK in the basement for a couple weeks, and the humidity and moisture caused some light surface rust.  But the worst part is that the bolt was shut (On an empty chamber).  Now the bolt won't release and cycle.  I've tried to rack it but can't, and even took a mallet to it carefully.  I'm kind of at a lose of what to do next.  I tried some break free on it, and am letting it sit for a bit.

What would you guys suggest I do?

I figured that was the case, I just wanted to make sure before I broke something.

He is right you know.

My old POS Ak had a round stuck in the chamber. Smacked the bitch (charging handle) and it flew right out.

I would take a 2×4 and hit the charging handle.  Also place the butplate on a 2x4 to protect the metal.  If it's a beater just kick the handle.

Lube it with ATF and smack it open

I've had to hit this funny monkey before, pour lube down the barrel and on the bolt, anywhere you can, put the stock on the ground, barrel facing up, safety off and stomp the charging handle. do not wear crocs when you do this, the charging handle will punch through the bottom. don't ask me how I know
