Had my AKM 63 rebarreled and added a bayo lug. Iron Curtain Customs did the work and had the entire gun refinished as well.

I avoided these like the plague when I first saw them. Not knowing the history, I always thought they were just a Bubba'd up AK and didn't like them.
Later I learned that they were actual military models, and most were on imported receivers. I even saw TCN contractors in Iraq and Iraqi police with the AMD65, they started to grow on me. Now I have |

Just seeing this. You probably want to look for an actual Hungarian stock if you want accuracy on it. That one is a Bulgarian AK-74 stock…. The slot in the stock was to help ID a 5.45 rifle vs a 7.62 one by feel. A Hungarian will match the grips a lot better as well. I might have one, will take a look. |
