It proves once again that a 4473 is registration.
As OP notes, it looks as if "others" are now considered illegal. Honestly, I never thought that loophole would stand up in this state. |

None of which should be illegal. No one who bought tac 14's or shockwaves got the letter. I am interested in how this shakes out could change things.. BTFAE has not changed there stance on it yet so how does one county in a state do that? I would think if there was a case nays would be doing the investigation. Nassau went after those 5 dealers years ago and had to pay for it. |

The only thing I can suggest is to contact an attorney that specializes in NY’s gun laws for your specific case, and to contact the firearms policy coalition hotline, they have already received some calls regarding this, stay safe everyone.
