Basically what I am asking are people with FFL's exempt from the law? can possess for sale out of state and to LEO(not going to happen). not exempt from the law, can't use them anywhere and can't load more than 7 in a 10 round mag. FFL's are just citizens like the rest the people that got fucked. personal assault weapons (not listed in ther A&D bound book) are still subject to registration. |

Gun shows are considered an extension of the premises. |

NY requies an additional license in addition to the federal FFL in order to deal in handguns and their definition of "assault weapons" and "high cap mags" |
