My question: is he sending along someone to read the letters to them? I'm thinking the literacy rate isn't that high in that gene pool. I feel safer already. Are there not NYS laws that make being part of a known gang a crime? Maybe the letter is notification for a time out if they shoot someone? |

should have sent it in spanish. i see a bunch of hoods on a daily basis (latin kings, etc) 1st words out of their mouths is "no speaky english"
