I was looking on the NRA-ILA.org website for NJ's gun laws and had a question.

Can ARs in NJ have bayo lugs and flash hiders?  How about folding stocks?  The statute doesn't mention anything other than "semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine capacity exceeding 15 rounds".

Are bayo lugs/flash hiders/folding stocks prohibited as "substantially identical to any of the firearms" specifically listed in the statutes?  Basically treating the statute like NY or CA's AWB?

muzzle break yes/ flash hider no/ no lug, no collapsible or folding stock. 15 rounds mags max. Sucks don't it?  Good luck.  GD
