I am off for MLK as I have been for the last month. Got layed off from my job. The company was having financial problems. Going to take the kids sliegh ridding here on LI. First real snow of the year!
sharky30 I can't believe you have to work since you work for a bank. I used to work in financial services/money manager sales. MLK is one of the few stock market holidays. It's a federal reserve holiday too. So even if a bank is open nothing will post till the next day. |

Hell yeah. We were off friday for some reason as well. Paid 4 day weekend, but I have been sick since yesterday.

I actually work for a third party IT/call center company, but we're contracted to the bank Veteran's Day I took 4 calls all day we'll probably get together in groups and do training and question/answer sessions |

Going to the Mitchell Field Range around 11. Yes, I notice the irony but hey, its one of my 10 holidays off where the range is open.
It was relatively empty. Could have stayed way past the alloted hour... |

I took three calls all day, of course the 3rd was right before I was supposed to go home, kept me late, and I wasn't able to solve it
