Any know of any AR friendly ranges (Public or Private) in LI? I used to go to Mitchel (sp??) field but I'm looking for a place that I can count on being open regular hours (and seasons). Calverton is a bit far for me to go on a regular basis.

Huntington Town Range. And despite what others might say, they are AR friendly

I go to the Huntington town range also and only shoot AR's there. No problems at all

I was there on Friday & Today, Shooting ARs & No problems whatsoever.
