Never done a FFL transfer before but thinking about buying one of those PSA blem lowers for cheap. As far as I understand, you pay for the item and ground shipping to the FFL dealer. I'm assuming you pay the transfer fee to the dealer once the item is delivered to them? Is there any other fees I should expect to pay other than the transfer fee?

You pay for the transfer when it's time to pick it up. Just shop around. Some FFLs are cheap and some are redonkulous on transfer fees.

The seller needs a copy of the FFL they are sending it to. See if PSA has any FFLs near you on file, if so let that FFL know you are getting a shipment. And have PSA put you name on the box C/O the FFL.

no other fees.
just the 5-25 dollars for the transfer, depending on where you live.

if they ask for anything else, find another one to do the transfer.
FIRST figure out what their fee is not after they get your gun.

gunbroker has a zip code list. top of the forum here has a list.
