Anybody recommend a shop that won't charge an arm and a leg? First time ordering a rifle and having it shipped to Texas.

Classic Jewelry & Pawn does all mine (Rowlett). It's really close to Garland (I'm in Sachse and it take me about 10 minutes to get there). They charge $25 if you don't have a CHL and only $15 if you are a CHL holder.

I'll second Classic Jewelry and Pawn. I'm not sure if Chris' prices have increased, but my last transfer a few months ago were $10 w/CHL.
