OK - so maybe help me out with a couple of details.
I understand that short term SD recognizes my MN Permit to Carry. SD residents can open carry without a permit, conceal carry with a permit How active and far away are IDPA/USPSA and 2-Gun matches thanks |

We have two forms of the permit one costs 10.00 and is for the most part over the counter at the sheriffs office the other takes a about half a day of training and 98 rounds fired. Sioux Falls has a active USPSA club. Im the RM for the match and a club officer. I also think there is a club in Aberdeen but I have never shot with them. |

My wife and I checked out eastern South Dakota last weekend. We currently live in the north metro of Mpls. But we both grew up in SW MN.

COVID has me working from home for the last 6 months, probably going to be fairly permanent. I don’t mind rural, the better half wants and acre or two. Looking to be within 30 minutes of “town” ....
