...with my dog, old mossberg pump gun, a box of 6 shot and an orange vest w/ old pheasant feathers in the pockets walking a nameless field under a cloudless sky waiting for the flush of a Chinese ring-necked pheasant to complete the cycle.

I'll be climbing into the truck and heading out to the fields, shelter belts, and CRP. With friends and family in the trucks, I'll be feeling as if I am the luckiest guy around.

Probably walking the fields by myself with a dummy decoy or two and my trusty Winchester M27 20 gauge w/ 8 shot.
Or asleep. It's hard to tell. |
