Does anyone know if a living trust would work the same way as a corporation or LLC for Class 3 items here in Mi?  

I've read it can be done in other areas, and is listed in the NFA law, but not sure if it will work in Mi.  I like the idea of no signoffs and quicker approvals, plus I already have a trust set up.  

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to look to find the answers?  I'm looking to get a few silencers when that issue is clarified (or do I need to w/ the corp/trust status?) and save up for an MG in the future.

There is nothing in MI law that would prevent you from using a trust for NFA.
