Don't think we would need to keep in contact.. Channel 15 is on the GMRS band 467ish MHz. And thats a licensed only channel.
CB on the other hand would give great range if someone got stuck a few miles down the road. FRS/GMRS < 2W wouldn't cover more than 1/2 mile with the hills and trees. |
