I agree and it is sad because I honestly believe Tommy never intentionally set out to screw anyone over. His problems starting when his Black Hills ammo deal fell through and it appears he had spent money collected for the deal from members on other things. So when time came for refunds, there was no money. That is just my speculation, but it makes sense. Before too long the customer service issues started to pile up on him and that made other folks shy away from business with him. You can see where that went. But I am truly floored why he won't really try extra hard now to make things right.
Tommy never did me wrong. The few times I did business with him he gave excellent advice, service and great products at good prices. Too bad he is having such a hard time improving his reputation, but it is his own fault, IMHO. Every transaction should be treated as an opportunity to succeed or fail. Even if it is just a $5.00 transaction. Some people are willing to forgive others their past transgressions so long as the old behavior is sincerely changed. If you can't make good on a $5.00 transaction...
Come on, Tommy. You can do better than that.
