I haven't found any Q3131A recently.  However, I was in Dick's Sporting Goods on Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw today & they had it in stock.  It's not cheap - $5.00 a box.  

I don't know how much they have in stock, but there was about 100 boxes on the shelf.
