exciting anyway!
I'm a new Grandpa as of 2:07 yesterday afternoon! My son and his wife welcomed a 6lb 9 oz baby girl to our family.  First girl in a LONG time......... I had 3 brothers growing up, My wife two brothers and we had 3 sons of our own....can you say this little girl will be "spoiled" This is really cool!  Now when she grows up and boys come a calling.....My son and I have use for the firepower we've accumulated......   archer2 |

Oh Thanks too Bradd_D...you had to remind me...  I just turned 46. That's not old....is it? Don't think I want to be called "grandpa" yet, so I've decided to be "Poppa" as my son has taken the "Daddy" moniker (and not "pimp-daddy"anymore....big joke at our house as he was growing up) Already home from the hospital....damn, they kick them out quicker and quicker....26 hours from the time she delivered. Anyway, pretty cool to spoil her to death and then send her home with her dad and mom..... archer2 |

Yes, Congrats- There is nothing in the world like being given a child to raise. I can't imagine yet what it'll be to have a grandchild.
