Looks like the sniper had an EOTech sight and maybe a Harris bipod. There is the evil Bushmaster folks. We should be ashamed of owning these evil rifles.........

Am I seeing that correctly?
A closed bolt with mag inserted? No zip ties or anything?
Probably swept the jury as well.

Post-Ban as well.
I see not having a flash hider, collapsible stock and a bayonet lug didn't hinder them any.
Stupid law.

One reason that they were captured alive.....
MOOSE!
I tried to watch the movie on USA. They made Moose out to be some kind of crack, crimebusting hero. They also made out the AR15 to be really powerful. The way that they talked, you would have thought that they were using heat-seeking missles not a Bushy. What a joke!

"Now, listen up. I'm the DA, and you're gonna do my bidding. And if I even hear a word from you turds about that 'jury nullification' garbage, I'm gonna bust a cap your ass."

At least his finger is not on the trigger. But that is probably so that the jury can see the rivle better. I wonder if the jury gets to test the sight to see if it is on target.
