If they use so much as $1 in federal funds to build the range, then by law it must be made available to the public.

Most do not know about this law, and few use it, but it is there and gun owners have used it to gain access to many ranges.

The key is never bring the subject up until the federal money has been accepted and spent- then they are stuck.

So lets hope they get some fed grant money
