Me and 6 of my buddies are headed to WV for the labor day weekend.  Guess that's the wrong direction for you though.

I might be interested in that, if yer interested in a 8th guy. Going to Hatfield McCoy?

Where do you ride in the NC area?

Brown Mountain is pretty cool.  I hear good things about Brushy Mountain (never been there).  Uwharrie is too rocky and torn to hell for my taste.  I may have a ride here sometime, if I can find time.  We've got 260 +/- acres and around 12 miles of trail with a small motocross track.

I picked up a used 4-wheeler recently and would be interested in getting together somewhere in NC or northern SC. I've got 8 acres out here and I can only ride around the same trail but so many times!

Let's do some mud slingin' and log crawling!

Maybe we picked the wrong trails, but last (only) time I went to Brown Mountain, there were nothing but boulders.

Given I was on a race quad, it wasn't alot of fun.

I only remember one trail that is particularly rocky, sorry you didn't enjoy it.  But, if you thought that was bad, avoid Uwharrie at all costs

Been real busy at work and haven't been online much.  We normally go to Pinnacle Creek (near Crumpler, WV), but waited too late to book some tent sites this time.  Therefor we're gonna try out the new KOA campground in Ashland.  They're not H&M trails, so you only pay to camp, not ride.  I'll be headed up early Saturday and come home some time Monday.  We've got a good mix of riders, I take my 10 year old son so we just cruise around and get muddy.  Another buddy rides a 400 EX and likes to haul the mail, so no matter what type of rider you are you'ld fit in.  It's ballooned up to about 11 now (counting a couple kids, wifes and even a couple of my customers).  You can find "KOA Ashland" online to make reservations, however this is our first time going there, so I really don't know what to expect.  I'll be camping on #30, look me up if you come to ride.

I go to the old Forrest Games in Danbury, NC.  It's not really a business, he just takes donations from "buddies" who want to ride on his 300 acres.
