Offering up another version of the Handgun CCW shoot on my property.
Monday, September 6, start at 10 am and go till we peter out. Property is outside of St. Clair, Franklin County, Mo. Send me a PM if you need directions. Bring your own, shoot your own (or share if you care).

Only thing I'm curious about is anticipated round count? Are you planning any mass zombie drills? |

There is always mass something.... especially B.S.
Round count, hell I don't know Joe. I have not put my devious mind into the plan yet. I would think a hundred or two would be plenty. |

I'll just say that for the New Year's day shoot I felt inadequately prepared with a 6-shot revolver with a 5-shot snubbie back-up. Hence my question.

Can't wait for the shoot!!, So far this looks to be one of the best weekends I've had this summer....
Nice weather so far, Not On call!!!! Dinner with some friends on Fridaynight Steel PLates with folks at ARPC on Sat Morn (they went easy on my non shootin ass) Shooting wth my pops in the Afternoon, (his new Mosin Nagant, my AR) Lunch with the folks from ARPC after Steel Plates BBQ and Bonfire with some friends Sat Night BBQ and Bonfire with some friends Sunday Night Shooting @ RJTCCW on Monday with a bunch of you.... Only thing that could make it a better weekend is if I would win the lotto... |

Another great time!!! Had a blast chattin with all the AR-15 and MoCarry members...
Huge thanks to Bob, for having us out, hosting this, giving us constructive criticism and making sure everyone got plenty of trigger time... We had several interesting Scenarios, that I think were pretty practical... Like the Bedroom sceen, multiple targets, cover, and one hand/weak hand Drills... My favorite two were the Bedroom and Shape/Numbers recognition for both speed and accuracy (of which I could certianly improve on both).... I'd like to try some shooting from a car or truck (drivers side and passenger) maybe, one where we are standing and the Bad guy is in a car or atleast behind some cover.... Maybe we should make a list of potentials scenarios folks would like to run... If you have not been to one of these events and like to shoot, you don't know what you are missing... Thanks again, I'm lookin forward to the next event.... |
