Im buying 2 handguns from 2 different  gun shop. currently 1 permit is pending , takes 7 working days  in Boone Co??  do i need to get another permit for 2nd handgun ??

1 permit for each handgun if i remember correctly , i am pretty sure when i bought thelast 2 i had to have seperate permits. Let me take a guess, 1 from powder Horn and 1 from Target Masters?

Yes, you are correct, you will need two permits (one for each handgun).

Just be glad you are not buying them both from the same place or the dealer would have to do additional paperwork for multiple handgun purchase.
