IIRC they are open, but closed on Mondays.
I made that same discovery one time, but was able to go on a different day. |

They have some weird hours now I think. I got to where I only order it to-go now. Used to love their buffet years ago.

Jason's Deli on 150 by the Galleria has a decent one.
You can get a 1/4 of one and soup as a combo, it's all I get anymore. |

IIRC Muffalettas closes early on Sat and is closed Sun and Monday
