THis is kind of a short notice.  I am a pretty boring guy trying to entertain an incredible woman tomorrow during the day.  I am not too familiar with MN and whatever it may have to offer during the day for date ideas.  I am looking for something to do for a few hours tomorrow afternoon.  Lunch, entertainment....with the exception of a movie.  Can you all give me some ideas?

If you are looking for something around the metro, swing by Meritage for lunch. They have amazing food!

Then go to the Walker Art Center or.....

Get a couples massage to relax after lunch.

riverview cinema - a 1950's neighborhood theater restored to its mod glory. also its like 2 bucks for a ticket, and they have the best popcorn in the metro, roughly 5 bucks for a large. its unique and inexpensive. My grandmother remembered going to it when it was new

there is also a wine bar across the street!

The walker art center? I went there on a date once. there was an entire exhibit of movies of claymation animals torturing the shit out of each other. it was pretty fucked up and a total waste of time. the girl hated it too FWIW.

walking around there isnt bad though

I'm totally in for this idea.....skydiving anyway...the latter has happened numerous times already.  Where is a good place to check out?

Although this time of year might be a bit rough....

There's a skydive place in Winsted, very close the Winstock grounds.
