It's that time of year again.
George T. Stagg, The once annual released bourbon from Buffalo Trace is on the shelves now, and going fast. It is 143 proof this year as well, up slightly from last years 141.3 proof.

Good hunting everyone.

Hmm, never tried that, but I've been enjoying Makers Mark 46.

Does anyone know if you can buy it in TN?

Eventually, Im sure. Last year's bottles were just filtering into liquor shops in LA around March or May of this year, and it was also an October release last year.

Suggest you give a ring to your local liquor store and see what they can do. Mine was procured from Liquor Barn (502) 491-0753 here in Louisville. Give them a ring and see what could be done. If all else fails I could try and get you one before they are all gone.

69.99-74.99 a bottle, depending on the location.

Got a bottle yesterday

Wasn't easy, the first two stores said they received it yesterday and sold out in a couple hours. Called another store and they held a bottle until I got there.

Checked a couple places near me, sold out. I'll have to try again next year.

Try liquor barn at hubbards and shelbyville or evergreen liquors

Less than 150 bottles left at the distributor

Look for Woodford Reserves annual master collection to be hitting the shelves in the next day or two.

Score! Evergreen Liquors still had some, got a bottle on my way to work!

Hope it lives up to the hype (and the price).

I don't know where the remaining cases are allocated, this is the kind of thing that is mostly sold before it arrives. I was told by few people to check with Prospect Party Center, Top Hat Liquors, Shelby Station and State Liquors. I would check Liquor Barn Springhurst too. If its not on the shelf ask, some of them keep it behind the counter.

Shelby Station is a no-go - Pretty sure LB on hubbards and us60 us still good, and evergreen was just confirmed (but for how long)

Between the bottle of Stagg and a Larue Rail off the EE that arrived in today's mail, it's an expensive ARFCOM kinda day at the office.
