It is not just Hartford. It is three counties. That said it's tough to have to retire in CT as a whole let alone Hartford. |

You guys are all wrong the best place to retire is Hartford. Have you driven through Hartford lately? Nobody works. They are all retired so it has to be a good place for "retireees".
