Connecticut still maintains its traditional 4 in the top 100:

#36 New Haven
#45 Hartford
#56 New London
#88 Bridgeport

List of the top 100 most dangerous cities

I would personally like to thank Gov. Dannell Malloy for his tireless efforts to improve the lives of the residents of these great cities, and to encourage him to try harder. Perhaps next year we can all be proud of his efforts.

Way too early to call this a 2015 list. Come on CT we have plenty of time to move up the ranks! I believe in you!

It is still early in the year.  Has Malloy sent any of our special CT residents to the BSPN 2nd Annual Ferguson Games?

24th Hartford homicide was reported this morning.

And, there was some report a day or two ago that Hartford isn't a friendly place.   It was funny watching the Fox 61 news crew this morning trying to say Hartford is a wonderful place.

Funny stuff.

You have to read the whole article and see who did the study to get the whole story. It is not just Hartford. It is three counties. That said it's tough to have to retire in CT as a whole let alone Hartford.

But think of the slaughter there would have been back in those crazy days of pistol grips, non-adjustable stocks, triggers under the action and AP/incendiary .50....

The Horror.... the horror.
