I know this AC guy who got hooked on meth...... well eventually this led him to
manufacturing meth....... anyway this bozo and his wife are so strung out on dope

one day they paint a big ass sign out beside the HOUSE they live/cook meth in which is in town
to my undersandind  the sign reads

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WARRANT DON'T STOP

guess what I think it took 3 days for them to get a warrant ................ needles to say when the
popo got theri they were either cooking dope or had enough shit laying around to be charged with manufacturing anyways i heard he got sentenced the other day havent' heard what he got yet....

but it wasn't enough you should get extra jail time for being a fucking retard

Most criminals aren't too bright, it's been my observation that the majority of them are functionally illiterate, not all, but most.

There are some that are quite intelligent, they often have other people doing crimes for them, they act as the mastermind.  In Pott County we had a "Fagan", Fagan was a character in Oliver Twist who had children committing crimes for him, we had a 40+ yr old man that had juveniles committing burglaries for him, they would bring him the goods and he would pay them with narcotics.  We dealt with him several times but he was smart enough that he never got any significant time.

The last time we served a search warrant we had the back door covered, when the guys knocked on the front door he went out the back, but he made a big mistake, he took a pistol with him.  He was found with a pistol in his possession and was a multi convicted felon, the DA did something intelligent (for once), he got Federal Charges as a felon in possession of a firearm, 8 years with no parole as I recall, we were very tickled to get him off the streets for quite a while!

Wingman, my friend (you know who) was telling me about "Goober" out at Bethel Acresand his encounter with some OBNDD agents. I never laughed so hard in my life when he told that story. The not-so- bright Goober was just a touch smarter than the under cover OBNDD agents trying to make a score for a bust. They were in an unmarked state car with antennas hanging out all over it!
One of these days soon I've got to come out your way. I'll call you and my friend to eat lunch!

Yep, it cracked me up. They insisted that he sell them dope, he didn't trust them. They wouldn't leave, so he fired a 22 mg derringer in the air.
They hotfooted it to the car, called for assistance - shots fired! - and help came from all over.
No bust could be made, he was on his own property, did not fire at them, just in the air.
To listen to T. tell the story cracked me up!
