Does anyone know of an FFL in the OKC area that could handle a transfer for me?  I am debating on whether to get a 20" upper for my Bushmaster, or get another complete rifle.  I haven't really decided yet, but wanted to find out about the transfer fee, etc.

Find someone who won't try and gig you on sales tax.

The guy who handles my transfers likes to stay under the radar for his own reasons, so I can't be forthcoming with his name in accordance with his request.

sherrick13 told me of a pawn shop on Broadway in Edmond who will handle transfers for a flat $20 and NO TAX. I can't recall the name off hand, but there aren't but a couple of pawn shops on that street.

ark-and-spark has probably the best deal with Bill's Pawn in Purcell: $7 and NO TAX.

C&J Sporting Goods in Bethany will do it for a flat $20 bill.
