I am trying to find out exactly who signs off in Loudoun County for NFA items.  Is it the sheriff proper or a lackey, im looking for the lackey's name.  Any help would be great

Sherriff Simpson is the Chief LEO, but one of his guys signs for him. Its about a 2 week process. I just had it done about 12 weeks ago. I can't remember his name right now. If you call the main office in Leesburg and ask about ATF regulated items they'll give you the name of the officer who signs off
