Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - VA plate sighting?

This afternoon (Saturday, 18 October 2008) at 1307 hrs EST, I was driving northbound on the I-495 Beltway from I-66 toward Route 7 (Tyson's Corner) and observed a light blue Toyota Highlander SUV bearing Virginia license plate "SBR RR". Now being a gun guy, I immediately wonder whether this is a fellow shooting sports enthusiast from the NoVA area, but the SUV also bore a prominent Obama-Biden sticker and was occupied 1x by a 50-ish W/F driver. Among the many other stickers, there was nothing else related to our hobby. So was this an AR15.com member?

Could just be initials, and the second name doesn't have a middle one.
