Do you have the paper copy of a license? put in your customer number off of the license, dob, and last 4 of ssn. That should get you in. I never remember my name and password, and forget where I put it when I write it down.

Create an account with a user name and password. If you're using a PC with Windows, have your PC "remember" it for you (but write it down anyway).
