Does anyone in CO know of anyone doing bbl threading in CO?
I have a few bbls that need to be threaded.
I know circuits does, I IMed him, but was wondering if anyone else does it. It may be a nice resource to have in the hometown forums.

Thanks for the reply Dave. I emailed Rocky Mountain Arms on the off chance they did it. Haven't heard back.

I sent my SAR1 to Circuits. It should be back sometime this week.
I've got a friend who just opened up a shop here. But he's fresh out of school and I opted for experience. Plus I pretty well figured Circuits would have the tools. My friend is interested in black rifles and still shoots Garands in local matchs. So he wouldn't be against working on EBRs, just didn't figure he would have the tools on hand. I'll be seeing him for smaller projects though.

And I must note.. Circuits can't thread a 20" barrel. His equipment isn't long enough.

If you need your barrels threaded or any other gun smithing done on your black rifles John Brandstader has said he will do it. John lives in Pueblo West and is a master gun smith. He turns the barrel on a lathe and does an excellent job. I have no connection to him other than he does allot of work for me. You can contact him at [email protected] or email/IM me and I can give you his number. John can do any size barrel and I will vouch for his work. John works with Lee Mosher of insight shooting systems
