"Once healed, the suspect will be booked on burglary, unlawful possession of a firearm, felony harassment and possession of a stolen vehicle."

Are there any statistics regarding firearm convictions?  I've heard these kind of firearm charges get dropped, wondered if there was any evidence.

Generally UPF charges will stick, but he will get anywhere from time served to maybe 2yrs at most.

It being in Seattle I'm surprised the prosecutors aren't going after the victim for following the felon and contributing to him shooting himself.
