Are there any reputable and fast smiths who could do a pin and weld with a quick (2-3 day) turnaround?

I’ll have a limited window back in Wa in June and want to get a new upper set up before I head out again. Trying to get ducks in a row.

He’s former USMC and a great gunsmith. He seems to getting busier by the week so I’m not sure about the turnaround but he’s a gentleman and will let you know his timeline.

There is a shop in Snohomish that will likely do what you’re asking.

I’m sure he would. He has a user friendly website and replied with a quote within about 12 hours of sending him a message.
