While obtaining a service that requires temporary removal of the face covering.
While sleeping.
When necessary to confirm the person’s identity.
When federal or state law prohibits wearing a face covering or requires the removal of a face covering.
When unable to put on a face covering due to an emergency.

Strangely absent is ‘while driving in your vehicle alone’.

Because of DOH needs to call out non-starters like “while sleeping”…

I came from a trip visiting family and friends in Tri-Cities area and Spokane a few weeks ago.  From what I saw, it looks like the mask mandate ended long before the King's deceleration.   Even before the lift of limits, I visited a Wendy's without any capacity limits.  The motel in Spokane where I stayed, nobody was wearing a mask.  Same went for the Costco in Richland.

This year there are no government fireworks and the government doesn't allow personal fireworks.

If there is no celebration of freedom is pretty obvious even to the obtuse, web are not really free.

I had never seen the cute little girls at the coffee shop without their masks until this week.

It was surreal.  And what a difference it makes.

I looked up the data today for Washington State.  Almost 6000 people died from Covid.  Less than 10 children died from it.  

Masking the children was child abuse, and they will be forever scarred from this.

Of course, why didn't I think of that? My next medical issue can easily be solved with a box of Scooby Doo band aids or a quick trip to Idaho.

It's going to be an interesting day for me. I'm pretty sure you and I work at the same place. Everybody there, that I work with knows where I stand on the Issue and they guy I work for Is a bit of a douche nozzle. My plan was to refuse to sign anything. Honestly, I couldn’t care less if people choice to continue wearing a mask and even while driving alone in a car…  It’s a non issue to me.

If a business requires a mask…  No biggie.  I either put on a mask or go to a different business.  This isn’t a stand I’m willing to fight for since again, a non issue to me AND more of a personal choice.

In the end,it doesn’t affect me one bit, so I don’t give a shit about it.  I’m more concerned about the price of gasoline and groceries as inflation kicks in and increases each and every month with this administration.
