Berzerker77, your question actually belongs in the reloading forum for site policy. (under the General tab). No biggie, no worries. Better that you asked first, and I'm glad you did. (most manuals warn against tumbleing primed or loaded ammunition)
But before you head over, I noticed that here, or in another thread, that you've said that you're new to the hobby. Picking up just about any modern production Reloading/Handloading manual will give you the full scoop in just a few hours of reading.
Even if you don't intend to become an expert, there's quite a bit of essential and very interesting information worthy of knowing and understanding. (I taught myself years ago, and once I started reading, I just couldn't get enough..... very fun and exciting stuff in those pages!)
I personally favor the Hornady book(s) myself, but all have been a lot of fun to compare eachother to.
If you're interested, I'd be more than happy to loan you my own.... though you'll have to wade past some of the notes I've scribbled in them through the years. I have both Hornady books, and the Nosler is floating around here somewhere too. They're my favorites, and the others got handed down. Let me know if your interested, and they're yours for a while.
Be safe.
