Anyone have a recommendation?

We're working with Brecknock Builders for our house construction in western berks.

We're happy with the quality of work being done, and appreciate that they seem to have a lot of connections to Mennonites for subcontractors. The cabinetry and other woodworking has been really good quality.

That being said, our project manager is clearly overloaded and struggling to stay on top of things. I am having to keep a close eye on things and am the one catching issues and mistakes. That being said, they have been very responsive and cooperative to fix anything that does not meet my expectations.

I'd recommend them with the caveat that expect to have to be more hands on and involved than would be ideal.

I'm considering an addition, so I'd be more available for 'hands on' where/when necessary.
