You can locate your nearest DMV and stop in to either pay for a new license with new address or go thru the PA DMV website....

I'd definitely recommend going the online route for getting your updated license. They mail you the change of address card in a couple days. The DMV near me gets really busy and the wait time can be brutal. If you decide to pick it up yourself, you probably want to consider going as soon as they open.
