Our homeowners association just sent a letter out that we, along with everyone else in our subdivision, has one year to get their house painted. So, does anyone have a company that they've dealt with before that does good work, used good materials, and is somewhat reasonable in price? We're in the Contintential Ranch/Reserve area. Thanks for the help.

My nephew Matt Pimple (yes) Private contractor, get a quote from him.  (He is also drummer for Malignus Youth) He did our house recently.  Mine is 4000 sq feet. Our HOA was the same.   I'll put his new phone number up asap.
